MEET THE CREATOR

Meet Madelynn Kennedy! At only 22, Madelynn is a genuine start up, guided by her own inspiration and ideas. She started Marina Bay back in 2017, with her designer jewelry.

So, how did designer jewelry become a whole restaurant and outdoor venue?

Having had a downtown space in Cocoa Village, Madelynn desired to offer a cozy cafe atmosphere to local women and families. Providing airfried food and refreshers, she sparked her own passion for cooking. Thus, the Seafoam Cafe was born.

Moving into Covid and the hard economic times of today, Madelynn and Ben sought out a new opportunity out of the old Boat Marine shop. Featuring both her love of jewelry making and cooking...

Marina Bay Riverside Restaurant was born!

Featuring eccentric dishes inspired by the SoCal culinary vibe; sustainability, fresh and fun. Expanding on local fish entrees and Florida favorites, Madelynn's menu inspires the palate. One of my personal favorite items from Marina Bay has to be the Airfried Flatbreads! From the Valley to the Tide, Marina Bay's flatbread options feature all types of unique toppings and sauces. Fresh ingredients are the basis for her delicious take on pizza.

Join Madelynn, Ben and their staff as they host Flatbread Friday every Friday. Come get any flatbread for just $10!

The Valley features creamy spinach, artichoke, and two types of cheeses. Finished off with fresh arugula. (Featured Below)

EVENTS

Marina Bay's goal is to be open for Super Bowl Sunday. Kicking off the kitchen with a airfried wing special! Come get some cool mementos for the day and enjoy some flavorful and savory flavors. Two tv's to enjoy the game, all the drinks and snacks you and your family could desire, and a cozy beach atmosphere to inspire the Florida love of Football.
